Using these Powerful Resume Words will put real strength into your Resume.
When you have finished creating your Resume, go back and check that each bullet point you use contains at least one of these Powerful Resume Words. They are what will put that special power into your Resume Writing.
Take this list of words as a starting point to see which words you can use and where you can use them. They work best at the beginning of a bullet point, especially if you include a section highlighting your accomplishments.
Try it like this:
"Eliminated 70% of machine down-time that saved overall 23% of the production time previously lost worth around $34,000 in revenue."
How did that sound?
Note that the Powerful Resume Words in the list are all written as being in the past tense - this gives a sense of something having been done or completed. In other words it sounds more like you have "accomplisheded" something.
If you use the present tense e.g. "designing" it doesn't sound complete and isn't therefore as powerful. If you're still doing it there's a chance it might not work out.
So try to make good use of some of these Powerful Words for your Resume and you'll notice the diference it makes.
